Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by 517565 AB Ltd., trading as Nano Clean, of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. "We" and "us" below mean that company.
Quotes and estimates
Anything on this site about prices, timescales or what a clean will achieve is general information, not an offer. A price becomes real when Barry has seen the space, or has seen enough of it in photos, and has given you a figure directly. Estimates given before that are a guide.
Sending the contact form does not book anything and does not oblige either of us to go ahead.
Photos you send us
If you attach photos to the contact form, you are confirming you are allowed to send them — that they are of your own premises, or that whoever is responsible for the premises is content for you to share them.
We use them to understand the job and prepare a quote. We will not publish them, put them in the gallery or use them in any advertising without asking you first.
The before and after gallery
The sliders on the gallery page are currently illustrations of typical results, not photographs of specific jobs. They are there to show what the process achieves. They are being replaced with photographs of real work as those are taken.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but service descriptions are general and every space is different. What is achievable on a particular ceiling depends on that ceiling. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Availability
We do not promise the site will always be reachable. If the contact form is not working, phone 780-914-0323 — it is the faster route anyway.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or relying on the general information on it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the cleaning work we actually carry out, which is covered by whatever we agree with you and by our insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there.
