Nano Clean started in 2010 with a straightforward observation. Restaurants and building managers across Edmonton were paying to tear out ceilings that weren't damaged — they were just greasy. Nobody had shown them there was another option.

Fifteen years and more than a thousand clients later, that's still the business. Restaurants, offices, warehouses, schools, clinics and community halls across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc and Spruce Grove.

Why dry vapour steam

We built the business around dry vapour steam because it solves the problem harsh chemicals create. Grease comes off. Nothing gets left behind on a surface that food will touch later. Acoustic tiles, paint and finished wood survive the process intact. And the space goes back into service the same night rather than sitting empty while it dries and airs out.

The machine heats tap water to 220°F and releases it as steam that's 94% dry. Heat does the work, not chemistry. More on how it works.

How we work

Barry comes out and looks at the actual space before quoting. No estimates over the phone based on square footage and guesswork — you get a firm price and a firm timeline, in writing, before anything starts.

Then we work overnight, before you open, or on your closed day. It costs you nothing in service hours.

If cleaning isn't the right answer for your ceiling, he'll tell you that too. Tiles that are water-damaged, sagging or broken need replacing, and pretending otherwise would waste your money and our time.
