THE MATH

Greasy ceiling tiles don't need replacing. They need cleaning.

Most Edmonton businesses assume stained, yellowed ceiling tiles are finished — that the only fix is tearing them out and buying new ones. It isn't. Grease and nicotine staining sits on the surface of the tile, and dry vapour steam lifts it off.

Cleaning a ceiling costs a fraction of replacing it. No demolition, no disposal fees, no waiting on materials, no scaffolding crew in your dining room for a week. In most cases we're in and out overnight and you open the next morning to a ceiling that looks new.

OUR DIFFERENCE

220°F dry vapour steam. Tap water. Biodegradable solutions.

Traditional cleaning pushes grease around with harsh chemicals and leaves residue behind. Dry vapour steam lifts grease out of the surface instead — off ceiling tiles, walls, equipment and the places a mop was never going to reach.

The machine runs on tap water alone. The steam is 94% dry, so it leaves almost no moisture behind and there's no drying-out period before you're back in service. Where a detergent is needed, ours is biodegradable, non-toxic and safe around carpets, drapes and furniture.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we get asked

Can greasy ceiling tiles actually be cleaned, or do they need replacing?

In most cases they can be cleaned. Grease and smoke staining sits on the surface of the tile rather than soaking through it, so dry vapour steam lifts that layer off at a fraction of what replacement costs. Tiles that are water-damaged, sagging or physically broken do need replacing — Barry will tell you honestly which is which.

Do we have to close while you work?

No. We schedule overnight after you close, early in the morning before you open, or on your closed day. You lock up dirty and open clean.

Is steam cleaning safe around food prep areas?

Yes. The machine runs on tap water and the steam leaves no harsh chemical residue behind. Where a detergent is genuinely needed, ours is biodegradable and non-toxic.

What areas do you serve?

Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc and Spruce Grove, plus the surrounding industrial areas including Nisku and Acheson.

How much does commercial ceiling cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of the space and how heavily soiled the surfaces are, so we don't publish prices. Barry comes out, looks at the actual ceiling, and gives you a firm price before any work starts. Estimates are free.
